John Walliser guides legal and policy efforts for PEC. In addition, John assists in program development and management in PEC’s Western Regional Office. He has represented PEC in numerous stakeholder and partnership efforts, and serves on the Board of several other conservation and recreation initiatives.

John received both his J.D. and B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and has been published on the subjects of conservation easements and environmental law.
