In association with Allegheny County, PEC has been working with the communities of Etna, Sharpsburg, Blawnox, Millvale, O’Hara Township, and Aspinwall in a regional initiative known as the

AlleghenyRiver Towns.   At this meeting you will hear the results of the work thus far and launch the implementation phase of the program.
