PEC President Brian Hill will speak at the University of Scranton about the risks and opportunities that climate change presents in Pennsylvania.
Brian Hill's presentation will take place at 7:00 p.m. in room 407 of the Patrick & Margaret DeNaples Center, which is the new LEEDS certified campus center that will be opened by the University of Scranton in January.
