Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you desire to cancel your registration, you must notify the Pennsylvania Environmental Council by email (sgold@pecpa.org), mail, or FAX (412) 481-9401 no later than April 23rd in order to receive a refund for cancellation (less a $50 administrative fee).
The Marcellus Shale Policy Conference, and materials developed for and presented at same, will be used and distributed for information, education and/or duplication purposes. By registering for this Conference you hereby grant full permission to the Pennsylvania Environmental Council and Duquesne University to use images, video, audio, or any other record of this event, including your name, likeness and/or voice for any legitimate purpose, including for advertising display, audiovisual presentations, publication on the internet, or otherwise.
