The Pennsylvania Environmental Council and the Pennsylvania Chapter of The Nature Conservancy today urged the General Assembly to quickly pass comprehensive alternative energy and energy conservation legislation, along with climate change legislation that has received overwhelming bipartisan support.  A copy of the letter is included, below.
