Day 1-Safety first

Day 1 on the river started -- like every day on the river -- with the safety briefing.  Day 1 actually started with a briefing on the Yough River Lake, an Army Corps of Engineers structure built for flood control that also releases water for "low flow augmentation" to help the environment.
