PEC's Annual Members Meeting was help at the Harrisburg Hilton on Sept 17, 2008. The meeting included a presentation and panel discussion of Pennsylvania's recently enacted climate change legislation - Act 70 - which requires that Pennsylvania develops a climate change action plan.
