The Council is known for its on-the-ground stormwater projects including municipal retrofits, stormwater financing assistance and watershed partnership building. This on the ground work guides the Council's recent stormwater research. This regional and statewide research uncovered leadership opinions on stormwater management, identified opportunities for additional stormwater management on vacant lots, and scoped a project to understand the true cost of removing streams from the PA DEP's list of impaired streams.
