Parent Project:
PEC is a member of the Next Great City coalition, which is dedicated to creating a positive future for Philadelphia by advocating for common sense, cost effective policies that enhance environmental quality, strengthen neighborhoods and increase our economic competitiveness.
The Next Great City Initiative recommends ten near-term, achievable actions to provide renewed energy and strength to our neighborhoods and city.

- Improve Transit Stops
- Stop Sewer Backups and Flooding
- Adopt Modern Zoning
- Use Clean Energy and Construct Energy Efficient Buildings
- Replant Neighborhood Trees
