Central

The mightly Susquehanna and its three branches dominate the landscape and often the economy of Central and Northcentral Pennsylvania.  It’s a huge landscape, full of opportunity and challenges, such as the excess nutrients and sediments that impair the Chesapeake Bay.  The Pennsylvania Environmental Council has been engaged throughout the region in a wide range of innovative projects that are making a real difference.
