Pennsylvania has a statewide program to support the development of water trails and PEC is the manager. The partners include: PA Department of Conservation & Natural Resources, PA Fish & Boat Commission, National Park Service – Chesapeake Bay Gateways & Watertrails Network and National Park Service-Rivers - Trails & Conservation Assistance Program.
